Such a satisfactory ending. The 3 main villains are all exposed and are now living with the consequences. No bloodshed, no "mob-style executions." Her true friend with a happy ending of her own and even the compromised doctor gets a happy ending because his sick daughter has survived. Very satisfactory, indeed.
