Unnecessary Complexity: It suggests a lack of clarity, meaning a simpler approach would have been better. It would have been a better story if the story had been more straightforward. The relationships with father was not mentioned. Ugo definitely was fishy and that five years was too long for it to go on. Also no explanation of why her sisters seemed to hate her.

So I’m thinking he has OCD and possibly a form of Asperger‘s syndrome. The injured woman who he injured in his youth could have been a break from reality. So I think some serious mental health issues need to be dealt with in stories.
