Well I didn’t like the first half and I wasn’t crazy about the beginning of 2 nd half but I do like the rest of it. There was a sadness about it that made me feel down and I almost quit reading.

This story was good but drawn out and not hot enough. I too like that it is one book. There was not enough interaction between the two of them. It was frustrating.

I want to express how much I appreciate the 1-book format. It truly helps reduce the overwhelming details that can sometimes distract from the story, allowing for a more meaningful exploration of the romance between the characters. I really enjoyed “He Bet Thirty Days” and the deeper connections it fostered. However, I found myself a bit puzzled by the transition from one-time intense explicit moments to multiple implicit connections. As an example,, it seems that if book 2 has a spicy level of 10, the new format brings it down to a 0-2 level, (example: ‘For Four Months I Wore Another Woman’s Wedding Dress’ is labeled ‘hot’ when the story does not support this label.) Lena, I genuinely hope that as you navigate this new format, you'll find a way to balance the explicit and implicit descriptions while also weaving in the necessary details alongside relationship building.
