1. Overview

MyStories is a service operated by HF Media, Corp (“we”, “us”). We offer digital video content (“Book 2” continuations) and related media through our streaming platform. We offer two access models: a monthly subscription and individual one-time purchases. By using our platform or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Access Models

Subscription: A recurring monthly charge that grants access to all Book 2 videos on the platform. Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled.

One-Time Purchase: A single payment that grants permanent access to a specific Book 2 video.

3. Payments & Billing

On the website, all payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Prices are listed in USD. Subscription payments are charged monthly on the date you first subscribed. You can update your payment method or view billing history through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your account page.

In our iOS and Android apps, purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing and are subject to those stores' terms. You can manage or cancel app purchases in your device's account settings (your Apple ID or Google Play account).

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to all content until the end of your current billing period. After that, access to subscription-only content will be removed. One-time purchases remain accessible regardless of subscription status.

5. Refund Policy

Subscriptions: No partial refunds are provided for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

One-Time Purchases: Due to the instant digital nature of this product, refunds are generally not available once the video has been delivered. If you experience technical issues, contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All video content and related media are owned by MyStories. Your purchase or subscription grants you personal, non-transferable access to view the content. You may not redistribute, re-upload, download (except where explicitly provided), or share access credentials or private video links.

7. User Conduct & Community Standards

Users with access may leave comments, ratings, and likes on videos. You agree to use these features respectfully and not to post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

Zero tolerance. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. Any comment that violates these standards, and any account responsible for it, may be removed, suspended, or permanently terminated without notice.

Reporting and blocking. You can report any comment you find objectionable using the menu next to it, and you can block any user so that you no longer see their comments. Blocked users can be managed at any time from your account page.

Moderation. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours and removed if it violates these terms. Comments that receive multiple reports are hidden automatically pending review. We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive behavior.
