She took the job just to survive, never imagining she would become the right hand of the most dangerous man in Philadelphia. So when she dances with his capo out of simple courtesy, she is stunned to watch Gaetano Gentile cross the frozen ballroom, pull her hard against him, and growl that this ends now. The coldest man in the city has just decided, in front of everyone, that she belongs to him alone.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love the stories as per usual, however, one suggestion. Could you write in English, what was said in Italian. Love the narrator's pronunciation, however, I don't understand Italian and would like to know what was said to be able to follow the flow of the story. Thank you.
Brenda, what a thoughtful idea, and you're so right. The Italian is there to add a little heat, never to leave you outside the moment. I'm noting this so we can carry the meaning through for you, because you deserve to feel every word, not just hear it. Thank you for telling me. Love, Lena
It was like I started in the middle of the story! Good story good writing . Enjoyed this story
Thank you, Marion 💗 So glad the writing pulled you right in. It means a lot that you enjoyed it. 💕
Another good story! But please, learn how to pronounce Italian names in these stories. It's painful to listen to most of them being mangled.
Well …that it! I have to go take a shower😋
