Romilly ran from Aurelian after the best night of her life, no betrayal, no lie, just more feeling than she knew how to hold. Six months later, he strides into her most important meeting as the new billionaire owner of her company, and he wants to know one thing. Will she dare to run from him again?
The hospital scene is just so wrong!!! The poor woman just got taken down by a rival and he can’t wait to get home to get it on??? First of all she is in the emergency department where there is little privacy and she had an air bag deploy on her! I couldn’t even connect with the intimate scene 👎
Some of the pictures are very wrong especially after their first encounter in the hotel. You have a pic of the guy in a dress in the hallway 😫😫😫
Lena, I've enjoyed your storytelling and have been a subscriber since early on. I wanted to share some honest feedback, as I can see the effort you put into your frequent uploads. Lately, I've found myself frustrated with some recent Book #2 stories. A few patterns stand out: conflicts can feel predictable, the heroine often has to go to extreme lengths - even getting hurt, like in this latest story - just to be believed by the hero, and the hero is then forgiven so easily it doesn't quite make sense. Sometimes endings also don't tie together key details, like the villain facing no clear consequences. This might just be a plot formula that doesn't resonate with me as much anymore, and that's okay! I wanted to share this in case it's helpful for future stories. I've genuinely loved your Book #1 style narratives and hope to see more variety in plot resolutions going forward. Thank you for all your creative work!
Ly-Huong, thank you so much for taking the time to write this, and for being such a thoughtful reader since the early days. 🥰 I really hear you on the Book 2 patterns: the predictable conflicts, the heroine having to go to painful extremes to be believed, and villains slipping away without real consequences. That's honest, valuable feedback, and exactly the kind that helps me grow. I'd love to bring more variety to how these stories resolve. Thank you for caring enough to share it, and for loving the Book 1 style so much. It means the world. 💕
Would have been good to hear sarafin (the villain) get her just desserts. An otherwise story with a good plot. Always love your stories Rowan
Thank you so much, Margaret! 🥰 Knowing you loved the plot and keep coming back for the stories means the absolute world to me. I'm so grateful to have you here. 💕
