Lena- lovely story overall- I hope you don’t mind if I mention that there was a sentence in book one where you use the word her two times. The first time was incorrect, in the nominative case and the second was correct. I only mention it because it distracts my listening like nails on a chalkboard. Most people probably don’t know the difference or care if they did, but I was raised by an immigrant from Germany, and my dad was an English teacher. When mom did not know something, Dad gave her a Dictionary to look it up. My mom ended up speaking English better than most, even doing the Sunday New York Times crossword. We were raised with “the king’s English”. I remember comments like “a hen lays eggs, you lay the table, but you (or dogs) lie down.” anyway, just a respectful suggestion.
